Tuesday, 9/26

D block: Final pre-reading notes for Huck Finn.  Handed out books & read chapter 1 together.  Notes on board, discussion about HF's traits/behavior.
Homework: Vocab unit 2 sentences due tomorrow.

E block, G block, A block: Began transition to The Great Gatsby - brief notes/definition of American Dream.  Small group discussion about modern concept of the AD.  Used magazines to find images, create AD collage.
Homework: Vocab unit 2 sentences due tomorrow.
