C block: Vocab 2 sentences due/collected.  Background/notes: Mark Twain & The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.  Handed out copies of HF.
Homework: Satire due Friday.

D block: Vocab 2 sentences due/collected.  Returned to 4 details from Huck Finn ch. 1 - analyzed & discussed significance.  Read chapter 2 together.
No hw.

E block: Vocab 2 sentences due/collected.  Finished yesterday's American Dream collages in groups.  Discussed/shared.  Brainstormed arguments about the current state of the American Dream.  Returned Thoreau reflections.
No hw.
