Monday, 11/27

A block: TGG essays - peer editing day.  Brought printed drafts to class, worked with classmates to edit/revise.  Suggestions/guidelines on board. 
Homework: TGG final draft essay due Thursday. 

C block: Read LOTF chapter 2.  Returned vocab 4 sentences, final HF quiz and satirical essay. 
Homework: Finish LOTF 2 for tomorrow, ch. 3 for Wednesday.  Vocab 4 quiz Thursday. 

D block: Introduced Lord of the Flies visual project & assigned characters.  Handed out books & began reading along with online audio version.  A couple breaks to check in, jot notes on board, brainstorm about characters. 
Homework: Finish LOTF ch. 1 for tomorrow.  Read LOTF 2 for Wednesday.  Vocab 4 quiz Friday.
