G block, A block: Continued American Dream writing assignment.  Printed/handed in if finished.
Homework: AD writing due tomorrow, if not done today.  Vocab unit 2 quiz Wednesday.

C block: Huck Finn chapters 3-7 due.  Reading quiz.  Q&A.  Discussion - important details.  Notes on board.
Homework: Vocab unit 2 quiz tomorrow.  Read HF 8-10 for Wednesday.

D block: Huck Finn chapters 7-9 due.  Reading quiz.  Reviewed important points, notes on board.  
Homework: Read HF 10-11 for tomorrow.  Vocab 2 quiz Friday.

E block: American Dream writing due, collected.  Continued prep work for The Great Gatsby - notes/background on the 1920s and author F. Scott Fitzgerald.
Homework: Vocab 2 quiz Friday.
